The most common Assisted Reproductive Technique is IVF/ICSI or In-vitro Fertilization. During IVF, sperms are processed in the laboratory and inseminated into the oocyte dish and fertilize the egg by itself while in ICSI, sperm is injected into the oolemma and therefore the obtained embryo is transferred into the uterus. In oocyte retrieval process, the ART medicine is prescribed by clinician during menstrual cycle to get particular number and size of follicles. Ovarian investigation is performed regularly through sonography and as soon as oocyte maturation, the clinician will retrieve the oocytes from ovary by using of a thin and long egg aspiration needle passing through endometrium under. The retrieved oocytes delivered to embryologist and he/she after assessing the oocytes, will injected them with processed sperm. After 2 to 5 days those fertilized oocytes which contains number of cells, will be anesthesia transferred into the uterus or freezed according the condition of mother.
